How much does it cost?Upright Piano Tuning – $190 Grand Piano Tuning – $240 All appointments include a free internal inspection and condition report. Optional services may be offered, but you’re never charged for anything without your approval.

What does the service include?Every tuning includes: ✔️ Full professional tuning ✔️ Free internal condition check ✔️ Verbal or written report with recommendations Optional upgrades (cleaning, repairs, regulation) are only offered if helpful, and only with your consent.

How long does the appointment take?Upright tuning takes around 2 hours, with a 1-hour buffer for setup and any light follow-up. If extra services are added (e.g. cleaning or regulation), we’ll let you know the total time in advance.

Do I need to know what my piano needs before booking?No — just book a tuning. Once we inspect your piano, we’ll explain what’s helpful and why. You can choose to proceed with any extras if it makes sense. There's no pressure and no obligation to add anything.

Do you offer repairs, or just tuning and reports?Yes — we offer a full range of in-home piano care, not just tuning. Common services include (but aren’t limited to): Sticky key repair Loose tuning pin stabilization Interior cleaning Regulation (key response improvement) Voicing (tone adjustment) Key & pedal polishing If your piano has issues, we can usually handle them during the same visit.

How do I pay?Payment is made in person after the service. We accept: Cash PayID Bank transfer No added fees. No GST.

What’s your cancellation policy?Cancelling with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 fee If no one is present at the appointment, the full service amount will be charged We confirm appointments by SMS/email the day before, so you’ll have time to reschedule if needed.
